These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OpenClaw Ready (openclawready.com) and any related services provided by Loewe Aslan LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Services

OpenClaw Ready provides done-for-you AI assistant setup services using the open-source OpenClaw platform. Our services include remote and in-person installation, configuration, and optimization of OpenClaw instances.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are made through Calendly and confirmed via email.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before the setup session begins.

3. Guarantee

We guarantee a working OpenClaw setup by the end of your session. If your bot is not functional, we will continue working until it is at no additional charge. This guarantee covers basic functionality - the bot responds, channels are connected, and core features work as described.

4. Support Period

Each tier includes a specified follow-up support period (7-60 days depending on tier). Support covers questions, minor tweaks, and troubleshooting related to your initial setup. It does not cover new feature development, additional agent setups, or issues caused by third-party service changes outside our control.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your hardware and requirements.
• Ensure your hardware meets minimum requirements before the session.
• Grant necessary remote access during the setup session.
• Maintain your own AI model subscriptions (e.g., Claude Pro/Max).
• Keep your credentials and API keys secure after setup.

6. Data and Privacy

During setup, we access your machine via remote screen sharing. We do not retain copies of your personal data, credentials, or API keys after the session. All AI assistant data remains on your hardware. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw is open-source software maintained by its community. Our services involve configuration and optimization of this software. Custom configurations, personality files, and workflow setups created during your session are yours to keep and modify.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loewe Aslan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the OpenClaw platform, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or actions taken by your AI assistant.

9. Disclaimer

OpenClaw is third-party open-source software. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenClaw project. We provide setup and configuration services only. We do not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, or security of the OpenClaw platform itself.

10. Refunds

If we are unable to deliver a working setup, you will receive a full refund. Refund requests for other reasons are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of your session.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
